Special Education

Monarch offers a range of special education services designed to address the individual academic and emotional needs of students.  Based on an initial evaluation of the area and level of need they have, students are provided with support from an appropriate program.  Programs address cognitive, emotional, behavioral, communication, physical, and a variety of other needs.  They range from the Resource Program for students with mild to moderate Specific Learning disabilities to the Intensive Learning Center for significant support needs.

We begin with differentiating instruction for every student and then work with students and parents to provide additional accommodations, modifications and services for those who need it.
