You do not have to implement the Monarch Method exactly as shown. This is an overall guideline and you should feel free to use parts of it and tailor it to meet the needs of your students. For example, if your school has a heavy vo-tech presence you may have more books on those topics than we do. You can sub-categorize those books more specifically, or in any section that is larger and more extensive in your library.
